Background

ECO provides services to KSA Business and government sectors, with a core focus on the economic empowerment of Saudi women through business enterprise creation and career development.  ECO has provided training and business plan support to more than 1500 Saudi women.

New Insights into Enterprise & Entrepreneurship

In March 2007 ECO consulted ICE, and engaged Dinah Bennett as a trainer in the Enterprise Development Programme, (Global Funds Opportunities) British Consulate, to build women’s capacity to start and develop their business.

Impact

40 women in total attended the programme and 5 years on we understand that 33 are still running businesses as a result.
